Primary Challenge just finished hosting a candidate and coordinator training session in Erie County.  Turn out was good and I was excited to see candidates and coordinators from across the state participate.  The four hour class discussed the details of getting candidates for public office on the ballot and the importance of getting volunteers across the state to join the party committees in their towns and cities.

We are planning to hold a series of meetings for the local volunteers with the assistance of county coordinators and candidates.  We will attempt to keep you informed of the time and dates as they become available.

It is imperative that we take advantage of the 2010 election and return government to the people.  There are thousands of volunteers on the Primary Challenge and reform group lists. We need to encourage every one of them to become committeemen and take back the nominating process.

My sincere thanks to those that helped make this session a success.  I am looking forward to the other events in the following months.
