To the People of the State of New York:

In a shocking display of disregard for law, Governor Patterson has appointed a Lt. Governor.  This action exemplifies the utter contempt most in public office have for the law.

In a practical sense this action should awaken New Yorkers to the realization that if the law cannot constrain legislators or the Governor in the performance of their duties it will not constrain them in the violation of your rights or the confiscation of your wealth.

This action by the Governor is a wake up call to all New Yorkers that any government incapable of being constrained by law is despotic and must be opposed.

I cannot over-emphasis the importance of the Primary Challenge effort to replace all legislators and ultimately abolish the current government in favor of a new government under a new constitution which places stronger and lasting restraints upon those in office.

Many and grievous are the affronts against our freedom, but none so brazen as this act of defiance by our Governor.  While justifying his actions, our Governor has swept aside the Constitution of the State and made himself the sole authority in law.  Dictators do such things and they are never for the benefit of the people.

Your future depends on your response to the continued assault against your freedoms.  If you feel as I do that the government of New York has become oppressive, join me in this fight.  Together we can and must return law and order to government.
